

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, and proof is required. Please email clear photos (and, if possible, a short video) of the item and all packaging within 72 hours of delivery, and keep everything until we confirm next steps. If a replacement is available, we’ll send one after we verify the claim; if not, we’ll issue a refund for the product price only. TRC does not cover return shipping costs. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind or wait times. We do our best, but we can’t guarantee that every product or cardback will be “mint on card,” and minor packaging imperfections are not considered damage. This policy is designed to protect genuine collectors and keep runs affordable, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
