Important Information for Faster Support

For all damage claims, please include your order number along with clear photos and a short video of both the product and the packaging, ensuring that your claim is submitted within 72 hours of delivery. If you have an open order and your address has changed, you must email us directly to update your details, as updating your profile on the website will not automatically apply to orders that have already been placed. Additionally, please ensure you have reviewed the item description for any product-specific details, such as pre-order windows or scale, before reaching out, as many common questions are answered there.
