Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

At Top Rope Collectibles (TRC), we are committed to a secure and transparent delivery experience. To ensure peace of mind, all orders are dispatched exclusively via tracked postal services, providing visibility from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Customers outside these territories may order from any of the stores listed above. We recommend choosing the partner that offers the best shipping rates and product availability for your location.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

It is the customer's responsibility to be available for delivery or to collect the item from the local depot if a delivery attempt is missed. If an item is returned to us because of a missed delivery or failure to collect, Top Rope Collectibles will not cover the cost of the extra postage to re-send the item. The customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee before the item is dispatched a second time.

Order Responsibilities

Please read all item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing, as they contain vital information regarding scale, materials, and expected shipping windows; by completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these details. To protect our collectors and maintain affordable production runs, all sales are final, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind. Regarding pre-orders, please note that cancellations will only be considered in extreme cases of extended wait times.

Damaged Items

Returns are only accepted in extreme cases of transit damage, and any claim must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos and a short video of the severe damage along with all original packaging to infotopropecollectibles@gmail.com. If a return is authorized for an extreme case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must send the product back to us, ensuring all materials are retained until we confirm the next steps. Upon verifying the severity of the damage and receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement if available; if the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the product price only.

Collector’s Note on Condition

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee "Mint on Card" (MOC) status for every item. Minor packaging imperfections are common in the manufacturing and shipping process and are not classified as damage. This policy is designed to ensure fairness for genuine collectors and does not affect your statutory rights.
