Order & Payment Policy

All sales, including pre-orders and in-stock items, are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law. You must read all item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. These contain vital information regarding scale, materials, and expected shipping windows. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders. Payment is collected in full via Wix’s secure checkout. Once placed, orders cannot be edited or cancelled. Cancellations for pre-orders will only be considered in extreme cases of extended wait times.​

Shipping & Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct. Updating your account profile on Wix will NOT update an existing order. You must email us directly to change a delivery address for an open order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, we will assist you in filing insurance claims with the carrier. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local handling fees.​

Product Condition

We pack all items securely. However, due to transit handling, items may arrive with minor wear (e.g., corner dings or edge scuffs). We do not guarantee gem-mint or collector-grade packaging, and minor imperfections are not classified as damage.

Conduct & Liability

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any abusive or threatening behavior toward TRC staff or customers will result in an immediate and permanent ban and cancellation of all active orders.​​
