Orders are shipped only once every item in the purchase is ready for dispatch. If you include a pre-order item in your purchase, the entire order will be held until that specific item becomes available. To receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for those products. International orders outside of the UK and US may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be required by your local authorities before delivery can be completed.
All sales are final. Returns are only considered if a figure arrives damaged. Please note that TRC does not cover return shipping costs. If a replacement figure is unavailable for a damaged item, a return will be processed. We cannot guarantee that products and packaging will be in "mint on card" condition, as minor wear can occur during the transit process.
